 Rigid Cell filter provides medium to high efficiency and offers long service life. This Rigid Cell filter is available in average efficiency ranges of ****0%, ****5%, ****5%, ****5%, and >*5% per ASHRAE Atmospheric Dust Spot Test(ASHRAE *2.*****2 equal EN**9).

Ridig Cell filter has variant efficiencies and rigid compact housing for up-grading current system or for new installation.

The filters are used in a wide variety of applications. They are ideally suited for Hospital, Pharmacy, Automotive Painting System or in any critical application while high efficiency is essential, and fiber shedding can not be tolerated. The media is extremely durable and non-shedding.

Filter Media

Rigid Cell filters are manufactured of Multiple layers Synthetic Microfiber formed into a pleated configuration. The Synthetic Microfiber builds up in non-woven layers to strengthen Multi-layers and eliminate fiber shedding. It contains no glass fiber (to be thought a healthy hazard). Rigidi Cell filters are not affected by extreme moisture and humidity conditions, unlike wet glass fibers that will be lost up to *0% efficiency. The media is color coded by efficiency.

Media Support Grid

A corrosion-resistant metal support grid is bonded to the media to enhance pleat construction and stability.

Pleat Stabilizer

Rigid Cell filter contains moisture-resistant pleat stabilizers on both sides of the media pack. This ensures that the tapered pleat configuration is maintained throughout the service life. The design of the pleat stabilizer offers maximum media utilization and dust holding capacities for extended filter life.

Frame

The enclosing frame is a galvanized steel construction. Diagonal supports on both air entering and air exiting sides enhance the construction of the filter. This construction provides rigid cell filter with exceptional strength and durability for a long service life. It is available in header or non-header type.
