This machine is mainly applied in depalletizing operations of empty tinplate and aluminum cans,pushing the empty cans to the mesh-conveyor which are piled on pallet, from top to bottom by layers,and then convey the cans to empty can spray washing machine.It replaces can placement by manual work and saves manpower.
Replacing can placement by manual work and traditional empty can unloading machine,which saves a lot of manpower and enhance production capacity.
Using Programmable Logic Control system,which improves mechanical operation accuracy and easy to operate.
Self-lock elevation for pallet lift tabel and pallet stacker are operate by cylinder to ensure stable operations.
Can pushing operate by continuous operation or singel cycling operation,which enable high operation adaptability.
Suitable for depalletizing of tinplate and aluminum empty cans of various can sizes.
