Machine Main parts

Mainly composed of laser source, laser power supply, optical fiber guiding system, working table, cooling cycle system, red indicator light source, host cabinet and so on. The host is made of the structure of the laser , laser power supply, working table and cooling circle system.

1. Laser

As a device for converting electrical energy into laser energy, this machine is adopted Nd:YAG pulse laser, which made by the Germany technology of the world's leading solid laser manufacturer. It is mainly composed of pumping lamp, laser rod, light focusing cavities, optical resonant cavity, cooling system and so on.

Its most notable feature is: There is no direct contact between the advanced combination of cavity and cooling medium, so it has no pollution, and no need to replace the cavity; At the same time in the replacement of the pump source, do not need to adjust the light path, which avoids the tedious dimming and use more conveniently.

2. Light guiding system

The transmission laser is adopted the optical fiber transmission device, which includes the coupling, transmission and focusing device.Adopt imported optical fiber, fiber diameter=0.6mm, length=5m.

Optical path system takes effective sealing and drying measures to prevent dust, oil mist pollute lens and lens condensation.

Adopted adjustable lighting lamp.

Adopted foot switch and  to control the output of laser.

3. Operating table

 X-Y cnc operating table is Cross mounted on the operating table. welding operation of the 
parts is finished under the control of the cnc control system.

4. CNC working table:

X-Y route : 200×100mm

Stepping motor drive 

Positioning accuracy: 0.015mm

5. Controlling system

The whole welding process is controlled by industrial computer. 

Adopt independent patent software.  

Output of laser, the up-down adjustment of focus drum, and the running track of the working 
table (by programming, can realize to weld point, line, circle, square, or any plane figure composed of straight line and circular arc)

6. Coaxial monitoring system

To facilitate the observation of the solder joint position, equipped with coaxial monitoring.

The picture will be displayed on the monitor of the industrial control computer system.

7. Red light indicator system

Red light is used to indicate the laser processing point. Red light and laser beam should be kept in complete 

coincidence to meet the requirements of precision machining.

8. Cooling system

Adopt external circulating water cooling method
