Product Description

Working principle: 
1.direct heating, sterilization, cooling;
2.hot water tank before heating, to reach the process set temperature;
3.the product into the sterilization kettle, close the kettle door;
4. Open the balance device, and the process water in the hot water tank is pumped to the sterilization kettle through the pump to reach the process set level;
5. Use the circulating pump to circulate the sterilization process water in the kettle. The steam is injected through the water vapor mixer and heated up to the sterilization temperature set by the process.
6. Enter the sterilization stage, the circulating pump is always in the open state, when the temperature fluctuates, the steam volume is controlled by the automatic valve switch to achieve temperature stability control;
7.after the sterilization stage, stop injecting steam into the kettle;
8. sterilization process water pumped back to the hot water tank through the pump, storage for the next sterilization use, close the balance device;
9. Inject cooling water into the sterilizing kettle through the cold water pump to realize the cooling of the products in the kettle.
