The filling volume is regulated by controlling the amount of time the product flows at a constant rate through a standard sized tube into the container. The machine automatic convey bottles , no bottle no filling . It’s suit for filling good fluidity liquid . Principle of operation: Bottles send by the conveyor , when the bottle run into a pole which use for head off the bottle, the bottle will stop, in the meantime the bottle mouth under the filling pipe .When the photoelectric sensor detect the last bottle (no more bottles come for some seconds), the filling cylinder open, and begin to filling. When the filling is over , the pole in the exit will take back. the bottles filled with material will be send out by conveyor , a filling process is finish. The pole in the entrance will draw back , a batch of new bottles will be sent into the machine , a new process of filling is again .It take the protective cover.(if you need)
