Keeping our foot in line with the global trend, we have come up with a plant which is equipped with fully automatic transfer injection (3 No.) and hydraulic compression molding (8 No.) machines. With bigger plate size our production capacity is much higher than old conventional hydraulic presses. Since these machines are plc
controlled we have a better control of temperature, timings etc hence we achieve better uniformity of products.
Uni drive mixing mill gives us better output to feed rubber sheets to all machines. State of art in house testing lab
include tensile testing, hardness tester, specific gravity tester, muffle furnace etc is also available within our premises.
Having a good knowledge of various products, and compounding of these products because of our association
with various companies through Kanak Udyog Parwanoo from last *2 years, we have enjoyed a good reputation
with all the companies through all these years and we are looking forward for a stronger bond with you
Efficiently managed by second generation entrepreneurs, the Company is growing rapidly, with bigger and better

As these machines are fully automatic and plc controlled, so the consistency of quality is much higher.
With these machines , We can produce  *0 to *0 thousand components per day. In detail, we can produce *0 to *5 thousand cover Gaskets and upto *0 thousand Check valves and *5 thousand  bushes and grommets per day.
