It is used on both AC and DC in all position.As the coating contains iron powder, it has highly efficient welding and can reduce welding layers.   Application: Used to weld low carbon structure and low alloy steel structure., such as *6 Mn etc.

Before welding, it is necessary to clean the work piece and remove the impurities such as oil ,grease r ust and moisture, bake the electrode at the temperature of about **0 degree centigrade for one hour. The welding must be carried out under short arc and is suitable for narrow path.
