Our Organic Balsamic Wine Vinegar is from Andalusia, Spain and has
a wonderful, mellow, sweet, and sour essence with a delicately
balanced, fruity and full flavored finish. It is grown and
processed in accordance with the US and European Organic Foods
standards. INGREDIENTS: Wine vinegar, concentrate of grape must. In
case of necessity, no more than 2% of authorized caramel (E 150 d)
and authorized antioxidant: Sulphur Dioxide. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Product obtained using traditional technology, it comes from the
alcoholic and acetic fermentation of grape. The aliquot causing the
acetic fermentation has to come from an "aceto"
(vinegar) already elaborated with a period of ageing of at least 12
years. The ageing has to be made within wood (oak, chestnut) in the
area where it has been produced and for a period of time of at
least 8 months. Concluded this phase, the obtained product is
filtered and microfiltered through a pore with a size of a micron.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES: Color: Dark brown. Smell: Aromatic, sweet.
Tasting: Sour-sweet, light and smooth acidity. Form: Dense liquid.
