Beam combiner. In CO2 laser field, the beam combiner is to add the red indicator light into*0.6um laser path, making the focus position visible during process.
CO2 laser beam combiner is made of CVD Znse which owns a high transmittance but low absorption at *0.6um laser, it is coated with a special film, that allows *0.6μm laser pass through and reflect **2nm red light, the two beams combines into one, then it can indicate the laser path, to correct the marking position.
