Bearing Rollers Inspection System

Waveaxis’ roller inspection system is designed to inspect spherical and cylindrical roller bearings with diameters between 5mm to *0mm. Extremely minute defects can be identified at the rate of *0 parts per minute. The main features include:

 ·     *0 rollers per minute

 ·     Automated high speed image capture

 ·     Inspection of visual surface defects

 ·   Max roller size *0mm x *5mm (can be customized for larger    rollers)

 ·     Automatic pick and place handler

 ·     Database included for SPC and other reports.

The system can also generate all kinds of statistical reports like, SPC reports, etc.

Our systems comprise of a high speed & high resolution camera, automatic pick and place handler, ruggedized PC, several Sensors, touch screen monitor and image processing software. The image of the component will be captured by the camera and the software will process to identify the dimensional or visual defects. The system will then mechanically sort them into separate groups.

By automating the quality assurance process one can speed up the QA process and remove repetitive manual tasks thus saving time and resources, which equates to cost savings.
