Fabrication
BISPLATE 500 is a high hardness,medium carbon abrasion resistant steel offering very good impact toughness properties. BISPLATE 500 can be smoothly welded with itself and some high strength steel plate in the condition of proper energy ,preheat temperature and consumable.Due to its higher hradness,required of higher bending force is required during the cold forming process,and elasti recovery should be taken into account adequately.Heating above 200℃ should be avoided;otherwise mechanical properties might be affected.
