B1019
B1019 is an economy black low density polyethylene based masterbatch containing medium opacity carbon black. This product is designed for high pigmentation in general purpose film and injection applications.

Method of Usage:

B1019 is designed for ease of dispersion and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer, avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

Range of Application:

B1019 is designed for use in LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE and PP film and injection molding products.

Physical Properties:

Carrier: LDPE/LLDPE

Pigment Content:Carbon Black 50%

Melting Flow Rate:40-50g/10min(190°c,21.6kg)

Compatibility:LDPE, HDPE, PP and Ethylene copolymer

Advantage:Excellent dispersity, high mechanical performance and high gloss.
