3. REFINERY PROFILE.
4. No more  Fake Document and no more Fake seller that will gladly to agree with any unreasonable procedures because they do not know what they are doing because they have never sold any crude oil before now.

NO UPFRONT PAYMENT, he will pay the agreed fee to the

facilitators NOT ME only after he has received his bulk allocation papers and confirm them he will automatically become

lifter and seller of Nigeria BLCO. All these will take in 2 weeks.

They must come to Nigeria for a meeting with the people in-charge they will sign NCNDA / MPFA with me include my interest in

the contract with this we have a deal.

CONDITION 1

The will only bear these cost of our representative

during this period..

1. Flight return ticket  to Abuja

2. Hotel accommodation and feeding

3. Other expenses that relates to this deal.

FEE

The fee to be paid by the allotttee after they have received their mandate-ship I will maker known to you when you call me

this fee will be paid after the they  have been given their mandate-ship by NNPC.

CONDITION 2

1.The buyer when given allocation and ATS will make the company that facilitated the allotteeship it's mandate.

2. NCNDA/MPFA and other agreement will be entered into between we including you and the buyer for certain commission for

every crude oil sold by the new allottee on behalf of NNPC as an ALLOTTEE.
