Please find attached our Supplier's current CIF and FOB refined grades lists and Procedures for your review. The open Buyer side commissions are indicated for each grade.

For each required grade, kindly choose between the applicable Procedures and let us know. We will revert with the corresponding quote(s).

The following information will be needed for a quote:

What is the preferred Procedure (for refined grades and REBCO): CIF 1, CIF C, FOB A, FOB B or FOB C
Is the Buyer re-selling to a refinery
Name of Buyer's Bank (must be within the Prime World Banks)
Monthly quantity
Target pricing
Duration of Contract
Types of Banking Guarantee/Letter of Credit that Buyers can place
Is a trial shipment required
Port of discharge
How many Buyer side facilitators, traders, agents, intermediaries, etc expect commissions on this transaction (Buyer side commissions are open) and whether they would agree upon a NCNDA with the Seller.

Notes:
SBLC is not open-ended and cannot be used or monetized for any other purpose. Prior to the SBLC being placed, Seller's Bank issues a MT**9 Pre-advise that ensures that a 2% Performance Bond is issued once the SBLC is in place.
