TTO PROCEDURE FOR BLCO
 

1. Buyer and seller sign spa, buyer returns spa with the following...
   * ATB/NOR  format and original copy of Bank ENDORSED corporate cheque  of twenty million naira (*0,**0,**0) in favor of seller , SUPERCARGO and inspectors details complete with email , phone numbers and identification card /passport.
2. Seller confirms and issue MATB and takes buyer's SUPERCARGO on board for product confirmation and attestation....

1. Seller confirms the above and sends MNOR to buyer's harbor master and upon receipt of acknowledgment, seller through his captain sends ETA and move cargo to the anchorage.
2.  Upon arrival at the agreed anchorage, seller through the caption issues MATB for buyers inspectors to come on board and do QnQ test.
3. Upon release of the test results to both buyer and seller , buyer will do the following ...

1. Seller confirms the above and submits his commercial invoice, buyer pays seller including the facilitators as contained in the SPA.
2. Seller confirms payment and hands over cargo documents to buyer
