BMC (DMC)is called for short
ofBulk (Dough) molding compounds, it is
thermosetting plastic which is a combination of varied inert
filler, fiber reinforced material, catalyzer, stabilizer and
pigment to become a compound material. This material is a
stickiness used to compression molding and injection molding. The
appearance is putty like.
BMC was highly filled and reinforced by short
fiber. According to varied application, Formulated BMC can
precisely control size, good fireproof and tracking resistance
performance, excellent in dielectric strength, anti-corrosion and
stain resistance, outstanding mechanical property, low shrink,
great color stability.
BMC has good performance of flow behavior and
insulation and fireproof so that it is ideal for application with
precise particular and size requirement. Improving requirements of
the automotive, electrical, household appliances, food service,
building decoration materials, energy and other areas, coupled with
rising costs of various types of cast metal, urging engineers to
consider alternative materials.
BMC has many unique features such as light
weight, extremely hard, light weight, corrosion resistance, UV
resistance, insulation, excellent thermal properties so that BMC

particularly compare to steel and aluminum and other metals
compared. BMC will not be rusted or corroded therefore it can be

be molded simultaneously with these parts, no post-processing,
