Maintenance Method:

* Use dry cloth or hearing aids special cleaner gush in drycloth to clean the hearing aid
* Please remove the batteries to avoid eroding parts ofhearing aids by the rotten batteries when you don't use it for a long time
* Protecting hearing aids from shocks, falling, humidityand high-temperature
* When not in use, please close the hearing aid to extendbattery life

Why the Hearing Aid can't Work or the Sound is not Clear?

* Whether the switch is open
* If the battery in the correct installation position
* Whether there have electricity batteries
* Whether the batteries storehouse is closed
* Whether earplug is choking
* Whether the earphone or the wire is broken
* The battery voltage is insufficient or the earphone is broken

Sound is Weak: Replace old battery with new battery. CleanEar Mold. Increase Volume.

Hearing Aid Emits Whistling Sound: Try reinserting the ear mold until fits securely. LowerVolume. Clean earplugs.

Hearing Aid Does Not Work: Check if the hearingaid is turned on, earphone connects well. Battery is inserted correctly.

Attention:

- This product is not waterproof, therefore the user must take care to prevent water from entering the sound amplifier. If water enters the sound amplifier, remove the battery and place the sound amplifier in a warm place to dry.

- Use it only when situations required amplification of sounds, such as movies, television and the like. It can not enlarge the extremely sounds.

- Turn sound amplifier to the OFF position when not use for a long time.

Warning:

It is important to increase the volume control very gradually to avoid sudden increase in sound.

Children can not use this product. If you have any problem, please consult otologists.
