Cepe is the French name (Porcini is the Italian name) for the king of mushrooms. The meat-like texture and its nutty flavor allow to use it as an additive to vast number dishes. We also supply other kinds of dried mushrooms, such as morels, chanterelle, oyster, suillus, champignon, matsutake etc. Application: Dried mushrooms contain around *0% protein and are also high in riboflavin. They are free of fat, sodium and cholesterol, low in calories while being a good source of niacin (vitamin B3) and pantothenate (vitamin B5).
