What is Bonded Logistics?
Bonded Logistics refer to services in the customs supervision area such as bonded area, bonded warehouse, and supervised warehouse. The services including warehousing, distribution, freight, processing, loading and unloading transportation, logistics information, plan designing, and etc.
This area is equivalent to Hong Kong or foreign country in functions according to the customs policy. The enterprises could enjoy preferential policies on tariff, exchange and customs clearance.

The functions of bonded logistics.
Bonded storage: it is duty free for imported goods in the bonded warehouse.
Processing: packing, sorting, marking, and consolidating in bonded warehouse.
Intermediary trade: the imported goods can be exported to other countries after simple processing in the bonded warehouse.
Different kind of enterprise can use bonded warehouse to expand business, and to speed up the capital flow. The advantages can be concluded as following:
i, Bonded storage:  there will be not VAT for goods come from oversea entering bonded warehouse, so easily reduce the costs, and contribute to a growth in available liquidity.
ii, cancel after verification of manual: the processing trade enterprises can complete the process of the manual’s cancelling after verification, interplant transferring, and domestic sales of commodities originally produced for exports.
iii, simple processing: packing, sorting, marking, and consolidating in bonded warehouse.
iv, LCL export: the all materials, semi-finished and finished products from different places are collected at the bonded warehouse, then shipped to destinations worldwide in different container according the demand.
v, import break-bulk: the imported cargos, including those transferred to the bonded warehouse from inland, could be temporarily stored in the bonded warehouse. Then the goods will be delivered in batches according to the demand of domestic buyers after sorting, processing and consolidating. By this way, the expense of import duty and storage can be reduced.
vi, displaying: the foreign commodities, especially the valuable ones, can be displayed in the bonded area in order to market in China. On the one hand, it reduces the exhibition costs and simplifies the customs clearance formalities of exhibition. On the other hand, it shortens the inspection time，decreased the expenses.
