A limited liability company, HENWOOD BUILDING MATERIALS TRADING CO, L.L.C. (HBMT) was
established on *6th May ***1 under United Arab Emirates commercial companies federal law
no.8 of ***4 and law no. *3 of ***8 as amended, with the scope of trading in building materials
in international and local markets.
During the year ***5 with a view of expanding business terrain name of the company changed
to HENWOOD GENERAL TRADING LLC (HGT). The scope of the HGT enhanced to GENERAL
TRADING.
Latter part of year ***5 HGT ventured in to industrial and general chemical product line and
appointed as Marking Distributor of well known BOSSIL® branded industrial chemicals (Silicon
Sealant, Super Glue, RTV etc…) manufactured in Malaysia. HGT test marketed range of BOSSIL
products with the intension of entering in to UAE markets. The result obtained from the test
market activities was successful. HGT further identified enough volume of demand and
opportunity created due to big vacuum of quality products, affordable price, and lack of after
sale services. The conditions were conductive to launch new product with favorable and
promising marketing opportunities.
