                     Bow Spring Casing Centralizer
1.Application and characteristic
RTFJ series spring centralizer, all stamping weaved structure, no weld defects, is a new product replacing old welded casing centralizer. Have characteristic of simple structure, reliable, high strength, good elasticity, convenient to use, etc. They can be widely used in casing downhole operation in vertical well or high-deviated wells, have advantage of small starting force and big reset force, it is an important measure to increase well-cementation quality.
2. Install and use method
Space among casing centralizers shall meet design and construction requirements, selected centralizer OD should be base on the borehole.
a. Can set directly on the casing.
b. Can install between casing couplings.
c. Can be mounted any position of casing using stop collar.
When install, put centralizer around the casing, buckle up the hoop and insert into top and bottom pins, bend or hammer flat the pin in case pins exit out, downhold the casing after careful check.
