Burek Pie Burek is a traditional filo pastry made out of four layers fresh homemade dough and *5% filling between the first two layers and between the second two layers. The layers are exceptionally thin as a result of hand made process of rolling out the dough. It is impossible to produce this product with any kind of technical equipment . It is impossible to produce this product with any kind of technical equipment except your own hands,  otherwise the dough will brake! Yes the dough its self is made by Mixer Dough but the rolling out process and forming of the dough is handmade which gives this product special uniqueness and lots of effort.
