Calcium sulfate for food anhydrous is chosen to supply calcium in
food industry. Containing *9% calcium, the high purity above *8%
and around *9%, is a food and pharmaceutical grade form of calcium
sulfate produced by calcining and grinding highly refined natural
gypsum that contains about *0% crystal water. The molecular formula
is CaSO4.
