1. Two layers of fabric for the waist, filter paper if needed. With small loop on the waist can put narrow belt here to narrow your waist. on the loop there are reinforced to strengthen avoiding break because of doing high strenuous exercise .

2. With wide loop for wide belt here to re-tighten your waist and protect your waist, on the top of the loop with reinforced parts for strengthen. On the wide belt, you can put water bottle or some daily accessories.

4. Side pocket with pleated style on the thigh makes big space for the pocket. Inclined pocket will make people more convenient for taking from the pocket.
