In July *7, ***1 an annual shareholders meeting became fullfilled itself - Act nº *9/*1, with intention to bring up to date the statute of the Cooperative and to improve the capital structure, date when there was the alteration of the corporate name from COTREFAL - Cooperativa Agropecuária Três Fronteiras ltda, to COOPERATIVA AGROINDUSTRIAL LAR, because the Cooperative have left of being of primary production (farming) to become agroindustrial, therefore the invoicing happened of the industrialized products exceeds the house of *0% (Fifty percent). The objective of the implantation of one diversified industrial park is to generate new chances that made possible the activity of the cooperated ones and improved the performance of the cooperative. This change of corporate name focuses the new economic profile of the cooperative and the mark of the products, obeying the principle of the rationality, divulging an only mark, Lar, that is the mark of the products and the proper cooperative. Until December of ***3 the total number of collaborators of the Cooperative Lar was of 2.**5 (two thousand, nine hundred and fifty-five), while the cooperated ones added 6,**3 (six thousand, eight hundred and twenty-three) in the same period. We got the ISO ***1 process certificate.
