Every spring is tailored to a specific customer application, taking into account the mechanical, electrical, and environmental requirements, as well as the matching gland dimensions. All springs are made with high quality wires to customize force and/or electrical capacities. 

The spring wire diameter ranges from 0.*5 mm (0.**2 inch) to 1.*0 mm (0.**1 inch). Material choices vary from stainless steels to copper alloys. Plating is optional based on application requirements.
