Product Description

1.    EBH*5 tunneling machine is a kind of small size multi-functional excavator with modular design, small volume and light weight. It is convenient to be dismounted and assembled, is easy to descend the well and for underground transportation and installation, and is suitable for the excavation in tunnel of different sections.
2.    It adopts horizontal-shaft cutting head. Its cutting teeth are laid out rationally and it has even stress distribution. It has low vibration and operates stably when cutting; the service life of its cutting teeth is long;
3.    Hydraulic system integrates imported load-sensitive system, pilot operation system and domestic quantitative system. It is energy-efficient and operates flexibly. It adopts tertiary filter to guarantee cleanliness of hydraulic oil, for the convenience of replacing the filter and to strengthen operational reliability of hydraulic system.
4.    The crawler mechanism has good rigidity and adopts imported hydraulic motor. It has large driving force, is suitable for large grade ability and travels flexibly and conveniently.
5.    Star wheel loader mechanism is driven directly by hydraulic
motor with high operational reliability.
