JS carbon brushes holders  can design and manufacture an unlimited variety of Internal Brush Ring Assemblies® including brush cards, rocker arm assemblies and brush plates in a wide variety of designs using UL, CSA, ETL & CE recognized and approved materials.

JS carbon brushes holders  Ring Assemblies utilize extruded brass brush guides, extruded aluminum brush guides or stampings or can be all plastic.

Our brass and aluminum brush guides are broached and deburred to the most exacting tolerances in the industry and can be plated or anodized in a variety of materials.

JS carbon brushes holders  Ring Assemblies are available in *-Pole or *-Pole designs.

JS carbon brushes holders  Ring Assemblies utilize a variety of types of springs including constant force, torsion, clock, leaf and negator springs.
