B. Subscriber Management System
It could process, maintain and manage the information of subscribers subscriber equipment, program order, and authorization to subscribers. Meanwhile it could communicate to the stand-alone scrambler accordingly.

C. Set-top Box
According to the received information, it can carry on the corresponding subscriber management and authorization processing, descramble the scrambled Ts and play the programs. Besides that, authorization to the subscribers can be realized without any IC card.
