Cast Basalt is manufactured by melting of naturally available basalt rocks and casting it in the form of Cylinders and tiles. Cast Basalt has excellent resistance to wear due to abrasion. Cast Basalt Lined Pipes and Fittings are used extensively in Ash Conveying lines in thermal power plants, Coal conveying line in Cement Plants, Slag Conveying Lines in Steel plants. Cast Basalt lined Tiles and Trench Liners are also used in Flume lining in Steel Plates, Hopper / Bin Lining etc.
Cast Basalt Cylinders are manufactured is sizes ranging from *0 NB to **0 NB and having *0 mm Thickness. Cast Basalt Tiles are manufa tured in thickness of *0 mm *0 mm etc.
