Unique design of the valve seat sealing structure

and foreign advanced technology. Our double sealing seat can ensure

the coefficient of friction is low and the valve operating torque
is small.
The handle can be indicative of the switch state of valve
The stem head is with a flat square structure and the connection
with the handle will not misplace. So it can ensure the handle and
the flow direction are in the same direction. When the handle is
parallel with the pipeline, the valve is in open state. When the
handle and the pipeline is vertical, the valve is in closed
state.
Locking device
To avoid the unnecessary switch action by misoperation and
unpredictable pipeline vibration, the locking hole has been set in
the position of fully open and fully closed of valve and the
padlock can be used to lock the valve. Especially the valve is
installed in the field or in the combustible medium petroleum and
chemical production line; the locking device will show its unique
superiority
The stem anti-fly structure
When the valve cavity pressure rises, the stem may be launched by
the pressure in the cavity. To prevent this from happening, the
stem is provided with a shaft shoulder in the lower part and the
stem is installed from the inner part of the valve body so as to
prevent it from flying out. Its more convenient and safe for the
replacement of packing. At the same time, the flange of stem and
the valve body upper sealing surface will be contacted tightly by
the medium pressure when in case of fire. Then it can prevent a lot
of medium from leaking in the damaged filling part and play the
role of instantaneous seal.
Anti-static design
When the valve is in operation, the static will be produced and
build up on the ball sphere because of the friction between the
ball and the seat. To prevent the electrostatic spark, the
anti-static device is set on the valve to lead out the static
electricity produced during the switching. This design can prevent
the occurrence of accidents effectively in the medium with lower
ignition point such as gasoline, natural gas, propane in valve.
The middle flange (body and left body connecting part) no leakage
structure.
The valve body and left connecting part is based on gasket. In
order to prevent leakage caused by fire, high temperature or
vibration etc. The valve body and left part connection is specially
designed as metal-to-metal contact and make it form a stop flange
to ensure no leakage.
Fire-proof structure
In case of fire the valve seat, packing and other non-metallic
materials will be burnt out and a large number of leakage of the
medium may be more for the fire. The fireproof structure can stop
the leakage of medium. All the possible leakage positions (ball and
body, valve stem and body, middle flange) are designed as
metal-to-metal contact. In case that the seat is burnt out, ball
will contact the metal face directly under the pressure so as to
prevent the leakage of medium from the burnt seat.
