CRXCONEC new launched golden color cat7 rj45 connector designed with special larger wire hole 1.6mm to fit with CAT6A OR CAT.7 bigger size solid cable. To support long-distance power over Ethernet application, it is a good solution by normal cat7 plug design for your choosing. However, it is important to check the diameters of the 4 pairs wires to fit with the plug wire hole in avoiding the bad contact situation. The swallowtail design of rj45 cat7 plug can hold the larger cable and brain wire tightly and not damage the 4 pairs of twisted pairs. We can guarantee the gold plating 50u" by X-RAY machine and also we have PoE plus and UL certificate for the Cat6a, cat6, cat5e RJ45 connectors.

RJ45 for diameter cable is fit with 22~23 AWG solid cable, the different wire hole can fit different cable, our plug can also use in Cat.7 and Cat.12A.

Crxconec C6a STP modular plug's material are used the Japan's Polycarbonate 94V2 or 94V0, and also we used the copper alloy for terminal of RJ45 8p8c plug with Gold plating flash or 3μ" ~ 50μ" are available.

Please follow the installation tips. First, cut the outer jacket and arrange the wire base on the following TIE/EIA-568A or TIE/EIA-568B. Then, put on the insert and cut the extra wire off and put into the plug, make sure your cable connect with the plug.
