Seller Issues Draft Contract to Buyer for Approval. Both Seller and Buyer Signs Contract and Exchange Copies. Buyer Issues Non Operative L / C to the Seller after Signing the Contract Provides Full Sellers & POP 2% PB to the buyers bank and activate the L / C. Starts shipment
