CorroCell® **0M is inorganic hybrid sol made of colloidal metal oxides and specially designed fine to nano-fillers. Products colors include Black, Grey, Red, Brown and limited customs colors.
 
Special Features
 
  • The applied coatings are ambient curable by adding harden agent of 3% [ratio *7:3].
  • Low toxicity (contains no heavy metal elements)
  • Pencil hardness (6~8H on metal substrates)
  • Strong adhesions to metals and glass
  • High temperature tolerance (the coatings adhesion remains in excess **0 ºC.
  • Enhanced appearance and color variety.
  • Effective corrosion resistance (5 % salt spray **0 hrs no rusty spots)
Applications
 
CorroCell **0M is mainly designed and developed for metal surface protection against wear and corrosion in high temperature and corrosive environment. It is particularly suitable for and has been designed for motor vehicle exhaust systems.   The product system includes CorroCell **0 M, CorroCell Clear  [optional] as top coat
