CH series slot mixer is widely used for mixing powder or damp raw materials and can make main and auxiliary raw material with different ratio mixing evenly.
The places where the raw materials contact are made of stainless steel. There are seal devices at the terminals of stirring shaft, which can prevent raw material from overflowing and leakage effectively.

Main Structure Characteristics:
a.        It revolves in a speed of *4r/min with the motor driven by stirring of V-belts, worm and worm gear.
b.        The one way thrust ball bearing and radial thrust ball bearing at two ends of stirring shaft can prevent radial movement caused by load force. There are adjusting bolts at two terminals to adjust axial location of Power worm gear at right side, to make the center of worm and worm gear in a line.
c.        The worm and worm gear are self-lock, so when dismounting, the mixed box can be in any inclined angle.
