WORKING PRINCIPLE
Solar Vacuum Tubes are the absorber of the solar water heater.
They absorb solar energy converting it into heat energy for use in water heating.
The hot water rise to water tank and the cool water fall to the bottom of the vacuum tube.
As the gravity theory, the hot water and cool water are continuously circulation in the vacuum tube and water tank.

TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS

1. Raw glass material
2. Outer tube——for one end, pull a tail pipe by high temperature——install getter.
3. Inner tube——for one end, form a round heater by the temperature——clean and stoving——coated
4. Assemble the inner tube and outer tube altogether.
5. Seal the inner tube and outer tube and anneal/bake out
6. Exhaust and vacuumed
7. Baking away to form a mirror plane/face
