Indian Flat Bread or unleavened bread, is a simple bread made with flour, water and salt and then thoroughly rolled into flattened dough. Flat breads are either unleavened or leavened
Most of the Roti or Phulka is prepared at home. Parotta , Naan & Tandoor roti are often served
in hotels and restaurants. There is a gap in quality of the Tandoor Roti and Naan& Phulka  in terms of
fresh keeping. Even within *5 minutes after baking the Flat Bread becomes stale leading to a  ‘Chewy ‘ and ‘Leathery’ product.
