We want to report a fraud case.  We entered into a trade agreement with the seller in mid Nov ***1.
We effected full payment and are in compliance with the contract terms.
However, we have not received the goods nor the refund from the seller.
The shipping company/forwarder also handled the shipment improperly.
 
We are writing to alert all parties to exercise caution with this seller and this shipping company.
In addition, SA Worldwide Shipping asked us to pay refundable "container insurance" to a third-party container rental company that we do not know.  Thereafter, they changed our goods to another new container without good explanation and our authorization.  Then they asked us to pay USD*8,**0 for the new container,loading and preservation fees!!!
