Working Principle：



The grinding plate of vertical mill is driven by the motor through reducer. Material falls to the center of millstone and then move towards edge under the centrifugal force. Meanwhile it is rolled by roller. After crushing, material overflow from the edge, then it is transfered to the high efficient separator by hot air from nozzle ring. The bigger materials transmitted back to grinding and the qualified materials will be collected by the dust collecting system. The big materials that is not carried and metal parts entering accidentally will be ground through the external circulation of bucket.

Maintenance & Attention：



1.The operatorof vertical mill should be fixed andhave a certainknowledge about the machine.Before the installation of vertical mill, the operator mustbe trainedto understandits workingprinciple and the operating procedures.



2.In order to make vertical mill service for a long time, the "equipment maintenance and safety operation system" shouldbemade. It is necessary to maintain tool, lubricate and other relative parts. Regularly checking the lubrication conditions and adding lubricatinggrease according tothe instructions. 



3.Feeding materials must not contain large pieces ofiron slag anddebris. Itwill not only increase theabrasionof grinding parts,but caused the blocking of millaffecting the mill output and continuous operation. Therefore, themetal detectors should beinstalled.



4.vertical mill should be check and maintenance after using a period time. Meanwhile, roller sleeve, mill liner and scraperplat should be repaired and replaced. Before and afterworking,connecting bolts and nuts should beexamine, to see whetherit is loose, lubricant is enough.



5.The rolling bearings in roller sleeve must be cleaned when changingthe roller sleeve and the grindingplate liner. Damaged parts should be replaced in time, andrefueling tools canuse manually pump and grease gun.



6.If you want to turn down the vertical mill, please stop feeding materials first. Stop the main motor and analyzer motor only after all materials in mill discharged out, about one minute after stop feeding.Then stop the fan motor at last,in order toblow powder all out.
