overhead crane LD type
LD type single beam motor crane is
characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength
steel as a whole. Used together with CD1 model MD1 model electric
hoist as a complete set, it is light duty crane with a capacity of
1 to 20 tons. The span is 7.5-28.5m. Working grade is A3-A4.
Working tepmeratrue is -25.c to 40.c.
This product is widely used in plants, warehouses, material stocks
to lift goods. It is prohibited to use the equipment in the
compbustible, explosive or corrosive environment.
This product has two operational methods, groound or operational
room which has open model and closed model and can be installed on
left or right side according to the practical situation. And the
direction of entering the gate has two forms, sideway and ends in
order to satisfy the users, choise under different
situation.

Details of electric overhead crane LD
type
1. Main beam: One-time- forming
on the main
girder. This result in lower dead weight with a high degree of
vertical and horizontal rigidity and smaller wheel load being
transmitted to the crane runway. Which also can reduce distortion
in conveying; make sure the accuracy; improve the machine's
strength and working efficiency. One-body shaped, No welding for
main beam box!
2. End carriage: Crane travelling system, Motor-Reducer-Wheel
driven system! motor used soft start motor which result in very
stable starting!
3. Lifting mechanism: Monorail electric hoist. There are two kinds
could be optional, CD model with single lifting speed, MD model
with double lifting speed!
4. Electrical equipment: Electric systems are Siemens brand or
Schneider brand!
5. Motor: motor brand for hoist and traveling are Nanjing special
brand, the top brand in China!
6. Gear box: Tailong or Taixing brand, Top brand on heavy duty
gearbox!
7. Long service life with a low-maintenance.
