HERON chocolate tanks are the necessary equipments in chocolate production.

Chocolate melting and mixing tanks are mainly used for the chocolate mass storage, make different kinds of materials more evenly, to reduce the moisture in the mass, to improve the color, smell and taste of chocolate.

Chocolate tempering tank is used to melting, mixing, holding and tempering chocolate.
For quick, accurate and consistent chocolate tempering every time.

Advantage

1.The inside surface is in pearl-blasted stainless steel AISI **4 with an outer powder-enamelled cladding. 

2.The electrical Control panel controls the temperature and keep it at a certain degree.

3.The temperature is auto controlled, heated by hot water in jacket, so it can be used to melt chocolate.

4.In order to prevent the chocolate being sticked on the inside surface, we fix the scraper on the wing of the stirrer where contact with the inside surface. 

5.The top cover is half removable, which make it easy to load the product.
