Analysis: ICP-OES or GDMS; 

2, Spray finishing and Printing process: CIGS powder, Indium Selenide In2Se3 powder, Cuprous Selenide Cu2Se powder, Gallium Gelenide Ga2Se3 powder. We can supply nano powder of these materials. 

3, Sputtering process: CIGS target (atomic ratio: 1: 0.7: 0.3: 2), or CIG target (copper indium gallium alloy target), In2Se3 target, Ga2Se3 target, CuGa target, CuIn target, CDS target ^
