The type is divided into three classes:double heads,three heads and production line.

(1)Double heads machine can complete gas blowing and sealing in one working         table,it satisfies customers' special needs for only gas blowing,no liquid filling.

The machine is safe and reliable,maintained conveniently.It has small-occupied area and simple operation,belongs to economical aerosol production equipment.

Three heads machine can 

(2) complete liquid filling,gas blowing and sealing in one working table.Only one worker can complete the entire process for normal aerosol production in turns.

(3)Production line is transformed by the original semi-automatic aerosol filling machine after improvement, optimization, integration.Filling machine, sealing machine and gas blowing machine are controlled separately.

(4)Above three classes are applied to filling most mediums,it can produce various aerosol products.With the original technical design, it is easy to operate saving time and effort;

  Its filling end is controlled separately, no discharging without filling;It is sealing with high quality for adopting oriented-sealing; The way of the oriented inflation in the charging end is accurate and efficient with minimal gas consumption.

  The type is widely used in production of experimental family and laboratory equipment including food, medicine, sanitation, cars, environmental protection, fire and cosmetic products and so on about aerosol products.
