The hood stands out because of its easy-to disassemble system.  This allows quick and easy access to the drying section to carry out any necessary maintenance, without losing the required  characteristics of a closed hood, with respect to watertightness and insulation, thus achieving a dewpoints inside the hood of up to at least *0 ºC.

Under these running conditions, minimum energy consumption and evaporation costs are obtained. Together with the Brunnschweiler hoods' long life cycle, the resulting investment is highly cost-effective.

Over the years and thanks to close collaboration with paper machine suppliers, we have carried out efficient technological improvements. Develoina has a wide references list of up-to date latest generation dryer sections,  including machines with a web width of  up to *0 m  and speeds of above 1,**0 m/min.

The functions of the closed hood are:

(1) Creating a high temperature environment, which favors the dryness of dryerfelt and the paper.    

(2) The temperature of discharging air can reach *2°C~*5°C, its dew point is from *8.5°C to *2°C, which completely solves the drip problem of the drying section.    

(3) Increasing the drying capability of *5% by working in with the ventilation system.    

(4) Discharging humidity is ******0 gH2O/kgd.a, so as to reduce the consumption  of the steam  as well as the electronic energy.   

(5) Automatic control of the hood meets the requirement of the high speed working paper machine.

Generally speaking the closed hood is uesd in paper-making machine.  It is a sealed flat hood of aluminum alloy material between dry section and glue department, for recycling and reusing steam to better dryness and enery saving. Temporary closed hood are better on water banlance and stabling paper for adding both blowing and keep steady on paper.therefore, it is the indispensable apartment of paper equipment.

Closed is a modular type closed structure, for preventing condensation dripping on internal structure (dry ball temperature ****5°C, dew point temperature *8~*2°C),  it is laying out of sandwish structural roof, end plate and side plate, rust proof aluminium plate’s inner plate  and shell plate, which in between is hard centrifugal glass cotton board.

Heat insulation window for the electric LUD safty operation, which also use in sliding door of transmission part, make the operation of paper making machinery looking clearly. LUD operation from manual control or automatically as it link with breakingpaper message. Manually operation door set up for changing roller on operation side plate, vertical and horizontal chain hoist in closed hood easily carry the paper.breaking-rope protector ensure people and LUD safe.

4. Perfect hermetic effect.

Zero position controlling contraption prevent outflow of heat wet steam and inflow of cool air when open the LUD, which operate by controlling the quanty of inflow heat wind throug zero position detector on closed hood.
