Construction

CNC plasma cutting machine smart HVAC FP***0 is a rigid and durable machine. The entire frame is built using structural steel tubing which insure perfectly the rigidity, stability and accuracy. Components are protected.

A downdraft exhaust system under cutting table makes it to be the draft-free plasma cutting system. It can remove smoke and dust quickly.

Since time is money in this business, we offer a second cutting table as an option to double your productivity.

Drive system

The steel fabricated gantry is dual x-axis driven. Geared timing belt drives on an aligned v-groove rail. We offer option of large rack and pinion drive for x-axis as well. Rack and pinion drive is used for and y-axis also. It provides great repeatability and accuracy. The linear drive system works with servo motor and makes fast cut and positioning.

Plasma cutter

With its standard plasma cutter of Hypertherm powermax series, the cutting thickness can be up to 6mm for galvanized steel coil. Cutting tip of the nozzle provides longer consumable life and better capacity of piercing.

Friendly user interface

A full function, real-time, on-screen interface lets the operator see exactly what is going on and gives complete control over the machine.

Lantek Expert Duct - a powerful module for calculating HVAC and DUCT figures

The software is the result of more than *0 years experience in close collaboration with both manufacturers and users of sheet metal cutting machines (oxicut, plasma, laser, water jet). It perfectly combines machine technology with customers' programming management requirements.

Lantek Expert Duct is designed in such a way that the user only has to follow the steps provided by the system. Users simply have to select the figure to be developed, enter the required dimensions. The figure will be automatically developed, ready for machining. It includes a complete library of parametric figures which also follow DIN regulations (square to round, cones, cilindres, boilermaking figures, tube intersections, etc.) to cover most of the duct shapes available.

CAMduct - Manufacturing Software Solution for the Fabrication and CNC Cutting of Ducting & Sheet Metal

CAMduct is the total production solution that incorporates all the features necessary to efficiently control the manufacturing of duct work components. The software is very good choice for use in HVAC.

CAMduct has the most extensive libraries of Rectangular, Round & Oval Fittings available, which are suitable for Seamed or Welded Construction. These can be with metric or imperial dimensions. The fittings have a wide range of configurable options: Seam Positions, Notches, Holes for Access Doors, Insulation/Liner, Double Wall, Stitch Cutting, Diameter “Fit” Adjustments, etc.

Each fitting can be customized to enable for fast entry of jobs. Create catalogue items for standard dimension components, for example, round duct libraries. Sub-assemblies can be created for standard “collections” of components.
