Product Description

Roadheader 1GPKS is designed for cutting and loading of coal and rock up to *0MPa and abrasiveness up to *5 mg according to Baron and Kuznetsov's system. This machine can be applied in construction of underground facilities, development of metallic, non-metallic and placer mineral fields and coal mines with hazardous gas and dust conditions.

It is capable of cutting arched, trapezoidal, rectangular-shaped headings in 2 cross sections 7 to *7 m . Heading height can be 2,3 to 4,1m and width 2,6 to 4,7m. Header running gear has separate hydraulic track drive providing high maneuverability, convenience of control and operation in watered areas. Improved 1GPKS feeder has an option of loading muck either with the help of collecting arms or flat shaped three rayed spiders. Lift-and-turn conveyor provides efficient loading of broken muck into any

mine transport. The header can be disassembled into units, convenient for underground transportation.
