Sieving and
crushing all-in-one machine is the latest developed patented
product of our company based on market demand. It is crushing
equipment specially designed for coal handling system of processing
plants, mines, circulating fluidized bed boiler power plants and
coal-powder boiler and meets requirements of circulating fluidized
bed boiler on size of crushed fuel. The equipment is suitable for
crushing of bituminous coal, anthracite, lignite and coal gangue,
as well as coke, slag and limestone and other brittle materials of
medium hardness and below. It has completely solved the sticky,
blocking, fabricinequality issues which are currently ubiquitous
among theworld crushing machines and has changed the adverse
workenvironment of serious dust pollution.
Working principle
Sieving and
crushing all-in-one machine mainly consists of three parts, i.e.,
coarse crushing machine, sieving machine and fine crushing machine.
Motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed via powerful V-belt
so that after the material is fed from material inlet into the
crushing machine, it first receives multiple crushing forms by
coarse crushing gear roller that is rotating at high speed, impact
gear rack and impact gear roller such as cutting crushing, bending
crushing and striking crushing, etc.; after coarse crushing, the
material directly falls into the sieving machine for sieving, the
material that meets the size requirements is directly conveyed to
the boiler through the barrel, and that does not meet the size
requirements re-enters the fine crushing machine for crushing again
to achieve the desired particle size.
Product features
I. It does
not have requirements on moisture of the material to be broken, and
without problems of sticking or blocking.
Sieving and
crushing all-in-one machine performs in preliminary coarse crushing
manner, the gear roller impacts with the impact gear rack to crush
the material, the material that meets the coarse crushing size
requirements directly enters the sieving machine, and that does not
meet the size requirements will be crushed again with scraping
movement between the impact gear roller and crushing roller. Then
it enters the sieving distributor for sieving, the material that
meet the size requirements directly enters the boiler, and that
does not meet the requirements re-enters the crushing machine for
crushing again, fine crushing is achieved by kinetic energy
produced by bending hammer, the fine crushing machine has three
bending rollers whose gap from the crushing roller can be adjusted
individually, the gaps between the three impact rollers and
crushing roller gradually reduce from top down, the material is
repeatedly crushed from top to bottom, so that adjustment can be
made according to the actual requirements of the particle size, at
the same time the three bending rollers rotate in the same
direction, endowing it with function of discharging material
downwards in order to avoid material blocking.
II. Low
powder passing rate to ensure size
The
traditional hammer crushing machine strikes the material repeatedly
to achieve crushing effect, regardless whether the material size
has met the requirements, so that the powder passing rate is high.
Considering deficiencies of design of hammer crushing machine,
sieving and crushing all-in-one machine adopts the new design
theory and combination of crushing manners, i.e., first coarse
crushing then fine crushing to avoid repeated breaking and reduce
the powder passing rate.
III. Long
service life of wear-resistant parts
Special
bending plate replacement manner is adopted so that each one can be
individually replaced easily, and gear rings of the impact rack,
impact roller and the sieving machine are made of wear-resistant
material with hardening treatment on the surface, plus the low
operating speed, the impact plate and gear roller can have service
life of 2~3 years. The new method of preliminary course crushing
can well prevent impact of individual uncrushed material on the
following processing device. And it also makes the material with
broken cracks inside so that subsequent crushing will be
easier.
IV. Better
suitable for coals with a high level of coal
gangue
Fine
crashing with plate-roller type bending hammer overcomes the
problem of excluding coals with high level of gangue in fine
crashing with gear roller, so that hard coal gangue can be broken,
while ensuring fulfillment of the size
requirements.
V.
Environmentally friendly
The
crushing machine adopts fully sealed design with good sealing
effect so that there will be no coal leakage, the service life of
seals can be extended, thus completely eliminating fly ash in the
work site and effectively preventing the workers from catching
pneumoconiosis, it is truly an environmentally friendly
product.

The particle size of DCFP + S-type sieving
and crushing all-in-one machine can meet the strict
requirements:
The particle size is 0 ~
8mm
Average particle size d*0 = 3mm (d*0 = 3mm
represents that the particle sizes of material size over and below
3mm is 1:1)
The material with particle size less than
0.2mm is no more than 5%.
Our DCFP + S sieving and fine crushing
machine has a unique sieving device which can greatly reduce the
amount of powder passing rate and ensure the quality of coal fed
into the furnace, sieving device can discharge the material that
meets the size requirements before entering crushing machine so as
to avoid repeated crushing, thus greatly reducing combustibles in
the fly ash and carbon content in bottom slag. Therefore, it can
not only play a significant role in boiler efficiency, but also
play a major role in reducing the running load of the crushing
machine.
If the particle size is overlarge, a
considerable number of large coal particles are deposited and
cannot be fully burned in the bottom of the dense phase zone, on
the one hand, this cause a high content of combustibles in slag,
more importantly, in order to prevent coking, the user must
increase the amount of wind and increase electricity consumption.
Meanwhile wearing of the boiler heating surface will also be
increased, once the heating surface bursts, will lead to unplanned
shutdown.
Take two sets of **0T/H circulating fluidized
bed boilers and **0,**0 kilowatts generating unit as an example,
analysis is as follows:
When using ordinary ring hammer crushing
machine or four roller crushing machine which have no sieving
device, on the one hand, the particle size is unstable, and on the
other hand, because it adopts all-in/all-out crushing, the powder
passing rate, i.e., the fly ash combustibles is about *0%, boiler
coal consumption for power supply is about **0g/kwh, while the same
of DCFP + S-type crushing machine does not exceed 5%, and the
corresponding power supply coal consumption is **6 g/kwh, all the
above is calculated as per standard coal.
Therefore, the saved coal for every
Kilowatt is ******6 = *4g; suppose running for 7,**0 hours a year,
the saved coal every year is over thirty thousand tons, and suppose
coal price is **0 yuan/ton, the annual saved cost is about $ *7.3
million. Thus, it is very important to control particle size of the
coal fed into the furnace which plays an important role in
efficient operation of the boiler, and the key is to control size
distribution of the material discharged by crushing
machine.
