Seller sends SOFT OFFER to the Buyer.
Buyer sends ICPO/LOI with soft probe/BCL to the Seller.
Buyer signs and retuns the FCO.
Seller sends to Buyer Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) to amend
sign/seal and return.
Buyer and Seller sign NCNDA and IMFPA.
Contract registration will be borne by buyer.

Transport the commodities to seaport, will be borne by seller.
Buyer is to inspect the Cargo/goods, at discharge port,if
requested.
Seller will issue buyer’s Bank Proof of product(POP) including the
paid clip for contract registration.Bank to Bank via SWIFT within 3
or 5 international Banking days together with the 2% performance
bond.
*0. Buyer bank issues active DLC.
*1. The SGS charges at loading port will be borne by seller.
*2. Shipment commence As per Contract.
