• Panels produced with 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200mm thicknesses, 111cm width and up to 13,5m length.               

• Polyurethane density 40 ( +2 ) kg/m3.                                                                                                       
• RAL9002 polyester painted sheets.                                                                                            
• Panels joint by male/female action & with camlock system

HINGED DOORS

* 40 (+2) kg/m³ polyurethane injected.

* Wing surface: 0,5 mm galvanized sheet,  RAL9002 polyester painted.

* Door can be opened from inside if its locked.

* Hinged doors suitable for mount to wall panels.

* Fast and easy assembling. * 12mm & higher thickness added 4 pcs. anodized heat barrier and resistance.

* with or w/o sill/skirt, left/right opening depend from customer requirements. SLIDING DOORS   * 40 (+2) kg/m³ polyurethane injected. * Frames from aluminum sheet profiles. * AISI304 stainless steel handle and accessories. * Centering mechanism. * Long life carrier bearings (double roller) * 12cm & higher thickness added 4 pcs. anodized heat barrier and resistance. * Fast and easy assembling. COOLING SYSTEMS    Industrial Cooling Systems produced with wide range capacity for provide all kinds of cooling requirements. Types of Cooling Systems accordıng usage requirement temperature: Split, Monoblock, Central Systems, Quick Freezing. Scroll, hermetic, semi-hermetic, screw compressor options are available. External unit include compressor, condenser and internal unit include evoparators, expansion valve. The devices are tested in the factory and ready for assembly. It can be installed very fast and relocated easily, if required. Electronic control panel of devices can be adjusted according to usage requirements. Reaching easily the device parts by removing front panel for maintenance or inspection. Axial fans are high efficient and quiet. The units case is self-transportable, resistant for external environment and made from electrostatic painted galvanized sheet. Special colored cases are available. Condenser unit can be manufactured with air or water cooling, if required. Programmable automatic defrost time and frequency. All models can be arranged to work in a tropical environment. Cooling units assembled with internal and external full equipments, getting ready for operate.
