The following is the main
equipment description.
Vibrating Feeder is a
common used device during mining machinery material feeding .
Vibrating feeder is built up by spring support, vibration machine
support , vibration machine, spring, motor and motor
support..Vibration exciter is formed by two eccentric shafts on
certain position meshed by gear wheels. During installation, the
two gear wheels must mesh together under the guidance of marks on
it. Motor drives the two eccentric shafts rotate, which generates
great linear exciting-vibration force; this forces the support to
vibrate; by this vibration, smaller materials drop down when
materials go through the vibrating trough rather than go to the
crushing process.,during processing ,the equipment can send various
materials in to the crusher in the given time,separating the raw
materail primarily.it’s widely used in metallurgy,coal
ore,construction materials,etc.
Jaw Crusher is the
most widely used in metallurgical industry,mining,bulding
material,high way,railway,chemical industry etc.This series
machines have big broken
production,simoperation,easy ple
structure,reliable maintenance,convenient
installation,equal product granularity ,low power consumption

Ball millis an efficient equipment for grinding many
materials into fine powder. The ball mill is used to grind many
kinds of mine and other materials, or to select the
mine. It is widely used in building material, chemical industry,
etc. There are two ways of grinding: the dry way and the wet way.
It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to
different ways of expelling mine.
To use the ball mill, the material to be ground is loaded into the
neoprene barrel that contains grinding media. As the barrel
rotates, the material is crushed between the individual pieces of
grinding media that mix and crush the product into fine powder over
a period of several hours.
Spiral classifiercan
be used for sand and gravel plants,consctruction sites,pre-plant
and hydropower site of a large numeber of sand off the mud,cleaning
operation ,can also be used for ore processing,grading and other
operations.Center of the machine rotor structure,the spiral balde
mounted on the center axis of work.***0 can be handled within the
material.the machine has simple stucture,easy maintenance,washing
and high efficiency.
Wet Magnetic Separator
is one kind of efficient equipment for processing fine,
feebly magnetic minerals, such as hematite, limonite, wolfram,
ilmenite, and tantalum-niobium, etc. In recent years, it is also
more and more applied in purifying quartz, feldspar and nephline.
Its magnetic system is a ring-shape chain closed magnetic circuit
with energizing coils made of copper tube and cooled internally by
water. Grooved plates made of magnetic conductive stainless steel
are used as magnetic matrix
